The receptionist who I called was very friendly and professional also. When Kevin arrived the next morning, he was early and extremely thorough. Kevin inspected a 4000 sq ft home built in 2005 that had a rat infestation with several dozens rats the size of cats. One of them jumped in midair at him, barely missing his face. There was not a single inch of that home that did not have rat feces & urine. A total infestation & highly toxic to humans and animals. In addition he did sampling for mold present in both levels of the home, not charging for additional samples, as he normally does about four samples. He did about 8-10 samples, all positive & highly toxic. He reviewed the entire report with us & spent over an hour doing so. He is highly experienced & knowledgeable.
